SHARP'S POLICIES:

NO DISCOUNTS or NEGOTIATED PRICES are accepted on the FIRST DAY of our estate sales; however, we DO ACCEPT written bids on items priced above $50, with a minimum bid of at least 60% of the ticketed price. If your bid is accepted, you will be notified by text or phone call. You will then be responsible for picking up your item(s) prior to the close of business on the final day.

ALL ITEMS are sold on a first come, first served basis, with our guarantee of absolutely NO pre-sales!

Since we have a minimal staff, we DO NOT accept phone calls during the hours of our estate sales.
