We accept Cash, Zelle, Credit and Debit Cards, Google and Apple pay. We do not advertise any prices outside of the sale. We also do not pre-sale or ship purchased items..
Please bring help to load larger items. We do not offer removing, loading, or moving services at the estate sales event. All items are pre-owned. Everything is sold as is.
No returns, No refunds, no exceptions.
Please limit, none if at all possible, any young children at the estate sales event. We have many breakables in the home. If you break it, you buy it. No pets, large handbags/backpacks, or food and drinks inside. We reserve the right to checked any bag prior to leaving.
Enter the premises at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, so please take caution.
All jewelry and guns, if offered at the estate sales event, will not be left at home during non sale hours.
