Buyer will have 30 days to remove property. Cash, Cashier's Check, or Wire only! Payment is due within 24 hours of the auction closing. Refunds will not be made if the buyer is unable to remove the property in time. Buyer will be required to sign a release of liability prior to starting the removal of property. Any permits required will be the responsibility of the buyer.

*Bidders who have an unpaid invoice by the end of pick up day will have their card on file

*All items are to be picked up during normal pick-up times designated by each auction UNLESS
arranged with auction company prior to bidding. Items not picked up within 7 days of auction
close will become property of the auction company. No refunds will be made. Such items will be resold, donated, or disposed of.

*Bidders who continually do not pay for/pick up items are subject to losing bidding privileges.
