Please respect the neighbors and do not block driveways or mailboxes on the street. There is a long driveway that we will allow parking on. Please do not block the drive or others in the drive. There are items for sale in the house, barn and garage. For outdoor items and those that can't be carried to the cashier, you will receive an itemized sales slip to take to the cashier for payment. Take your paid receipt to representatives to retrieve your items.
We cannot be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while on site.
We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the house at one time to keep a smooth flow and check-out process.
CASH is KING but Credit and Debit cards are accepted on purchases of $50 or more. We also accept Venmo, Cashapp and Zelle for purchases over $25. We are required to collect SALES TAX OF 8.25%. I am sorry but this is out of our control. Resellers must bring their own pre-filled tax exemption form if you are making a resale purchase.
Please bring your own muscle to move your purchases. We will have some help on hand, but not enough to take care of all of you. It's also really smart to bring PACKING material, boxes and bags -- again we will have some, but we always seem to run out. Delivery of large items MAY be available for an additional fee... Inquire at the cash register.
Large item pick up on SATURDAY afternoon or Sunday morning only.
Please INSPECT all items carefully BEFORE PURCHASE as we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the sale is complete. All items are priced to sell and described to the best of our ability.
We will have a small hold area for items that you have selected so you can keep shopping. You may pull a tag on a large item, but you must bring it to the cashier and place with your holds - and once it's pulled, you're buying it.
We have security cameras in use and staff on site before, during and after the sale. Off duty policeman will also be on site during sale hours. Please treat our client's home the way you would treat your own. NO THEFT OR BAD BEHAVIOR WILL BE TOLERATED.
We will happily accept offers on anything at any time. Please leave them at the register and we will make call-backs on Saturday or Sunday morning to inform you of a winning bid.

She had an eye for deals and frequently shopped at market and discount and department stores, buying high end furnishings and household items. Her penchant for all things Christmas is truly unsurpassed, and we are just starting to bring some out!
This sale is in the GARAGE building and features items that have been stored for years. Most of the home goods are NEW in box, perfect for updating your kitchen or home — or for resale? Please expect some shelf wear and damaged boxes from storage.

DECOR - Framed lithographs from Guy Buffet, original oil and watercolors, mirrors, decorative boxes, candlesticks, bronzes, vases, frames, lamps, more!
TOOLS - Lots of hand tools, yard tools, John Deere tractor mower, lightbulbs, equipment.
HOME GOODS - knives, pans, crystal, flatware, small appliances including juicers, coffee machines, vacuum cleaners, designer ribbon — most never used.
