Please respect the neighbors and do not block driveways or mailboxes on the street. Do not park in the driveway - it's steep and you will block people in. Items for sale in two garages, house and patio. Please use indicated pathways, do not enter areas that are taped off.
We cannot be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while on site.
CASH is KING but Credit and Debit cards are accepted on purchases of $50 or more. We also accept Venmo and Zelle for purchases over $25. We are required to collect SALES TAX OF 8.25%. I am sorry but this is out of our control. Resellers must bring their own pre-filled tax exemption form if you are making a resale purchase and inform the cashier before they start ringing your purchase.
Please bring your own muscle to move your purchases. We will have some help on hand, but not enough to take care of all of you. It's also really smart to bring PACKING material, boxes and bags -- again we will have some, but we always seem to run out. Delivery of large items MAY be available for an additional fee... Inquire at the cash register.
Large item pick up preferred on SATURDAY afternoon or Sunday only.
Please INSPECT all items carefully BEFORE PURCHASE as we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the sale is complete. All items are priced to sell and described to the best of our ability.
We will have a hold area for items that you have selected so you can keep shopping. You may pull a tag on a large item, but you must bring it to the cashier and place with your holds - and once it's pulled, you're buying it.
We have security cameras in use and staff on site before, during and after the sale. Off duty policeman will also be on site during sale hours. Please treat our client's property the way you would treat your own. NO THEFT OR BAD BEHAVIOR WILL BE TOLERATED.
We will happily accept offers on anything at any time. Please leave them at the register and we will make call-backs on Saturday or Sunday morning to inform you of a winning bid.

We have life size Santas from Katherine's Collection and Kurt Adler for indoor use and a bunch of vintage life size fiberglass outdoor statuary! We could fill a farm with the number of lit wire deer and statues for your yard - all priced to sell.
The bronzes are many -- we have tigers, geese, monkeys, people, horses, more!
Vintage upscale furniture from fine names including Henredon and Lexington. Several bedroom sets to choose from!
Dishes, kitchen appliances, lamps, framed prints (many signed and numbered), hanging lamps, florals, frames, toys and more. Collectible dolls by makers such as Ashton Drake, Barbie Collectibles, Hummels, Enesco, Sarah's Attic, Dept 56 - the list just keeps going. It's really crazy how much there is here -- so come early, come often, stay awhile!
This is a great place to buy gifts or to RESELL! There is so much here that is brand new, some in original boxes or shippers.
All goods for sale are in the outdoor buildings, not the main house. We hope to get to that soon, so keep this address on your radar!
