Estate Sale Terms & Conditions

We have created a Facebook group to monitor pre-sales early purchases, and update inventory www.facebook.com/groups/busybecka/

Payment

* Cash preferred.
* Venmo and zelle accepted.
* No Cash App, checks, or credit cards.

Shopping Guidelines

* No large purses, backpacks, or shopping bags. Shopping baskets will be provided.
* Children are welcome but must remain with an adult at all times.
* If you break it, you buy it.
* Please be respectful of fellow shoppers and our property.

Pickup & Large Items

* Bring help to load and move large purchases.
* For liability reasons, we cannot move furniture or heavy items.
* Large purchases must be picked up by 4:00 PM on sale day unless other arrangements have been made.
* Larger items may be available for pre-purchase through the Facebook group. www.facebook.com/groups/busybecka/

Parking & Entry

* Please park legally and do not block driveways, mailboxes, roadways, or neighboring properties.
* We may distribute numbered tickets prior to opening.
* Ticket numbers may be announced in the Facebook group to help keep the line organized.
* You are welcome to wait in your vehicle until your number is called, if numbers are provided. Follow the signs to the gate on the right side of the home & then a turf walkway will lead you to the sale.  

Sale Location

The sale is located outdoors under a large covered tent and patio area behind the home. The sale area may contain uneven ground, grass, wet surfaces, mud, steps, or other conditions typical of an outdoor event.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By entering the property, you acknowledge and agree that you are attending at your own risk. The property may contain slippery, wet, uneven, or hazardous surfaces due to weather conditions, including rain.

The property owner, staff, volunteers, and security personnel shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, falls, property damage, theft, or losses of any kind occurring before, during, or after the sale. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with entering the property and participating in the sale.

Merchandise

* All sales are final.
* No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, guarantees, or warranties.
* All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
* Electronics have not been tested unless specifically noted.
* We do not provide authentication services for designer items. Many items were personally purchased by the owner from retail stores, but buyers should make their own determinations before purchasing.

Security

* Property is monitored by security cameras.
* Security personnel may be present.
* Shoplifters will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Restrooms

* No public restrooms are available.
* The nearest convenience store is approximately one mile away.
