This is an amazing sale.
Please be respectful and please park your cars legally. James Major Estate Sales is not responsible for any damage to cars, property, or personal injury. Park and shop at your own risk.
If special attention is needed due to physical issues, please make contact with a JaMES teammate and we will help to the best of our ability.
Cash, credit, debit accepted.
No overnight holds. ALL PURCHASES MUST BE OUT BY Sunday at 4pm.
If items cannot be immediately taken from premises, the buyer is responsible for picking up item before the sale ends. NO REFUNDS IF BUYERS PLANS/movers do not make it before closing.
Bring your own muscles and vehicles to move purchases. No curb service available. No large purses, bags will be provided.
$2 fee for credit/debit card purchases under $20.
No rowdy children. (Rowdy spouses are ok with deposit...lol) Not responsible for accidents.
Unfortunately, not all estate sale locations are wheelchair accessible, but we will do whatever is possible to give you a great estate sale experience.
Bids accepted on items originally priced over $100. Each bid must be $1 over 50% of original price. Bids will be reviewed after closing the night before 50% off day. The highest bidder will be notified and must answer when we call, or we will proceed to the next highest bid.
The estate sale schedule:
Full Price Friday from 10am-6pm
25% Off Saturday 10am-5pm
50% Off or more Sunday from Noon-4pm
Some items such as STERLING SILVER as well as a few other hers will and may be marked with “FIRM “ prices because the family has requested.
Please be respectful and have fun at my sales. All sales are AS-IS and no refunds.
All of our research and prices is done to the best of our and our trusted expert’s abilities. So please be respectful in your comments and disrespectful “haggling “ will not be tolerated.
Respectful conversations about pricing , if time permits, will be welcomed and discussions can be had. But, as a customer, please remember that days and sometimes weeks of cleaning and organizing has gone into each of my estate sales and take time to thank my dedicated workers. Your compliments are highly regarded and help energize my teams to continue their hard work to make you as referred to as the CUSTOMER as well as the owner of the property referred to as the CLIENT as happy as possible.

This charming home is packed with almost overwhelming amounts of what was liked and enjoyed by this family such as vintage TUPPERWARE, crafting and sewing supplies and patterns, immaculate condition in regards to the HOOSIER CABINET WITH THE GLASS FLOUR JAR, marble topped antique Victorian parlor tables, VERY LONG dining table, the BEST vintage BAR CART I have ever had the privilege to sell…. And custom upholstered perfect condition light blue velvet sofa and chair set, antique twin bed sets, the MOST ADORABLE rocking vintage loveseat with that iconic seventies country scene durable fabric with the ruffled edges!!!  
   Very expensive China set as well as many incomplete sets of dishes but SUPER adorable and affordable!!!!   
      This is a dandy sale that will take you down Memory Lane!!!  I cannot wait to hear the stories this sale will bring up!!!!

This week are close to my Alma Mater CARTER JR HIGH SCHOOL.

 Just off of Park Row just west of Collins.   Look for this sign on Park Row pointing South . PYREX.   IN PRETTY GOOD CONDITION.  A little fading from all the LOVE.This is the HOOSIER CABINET I have been speaking of.   It is in incredible condition with original FLOUR SIFTER/container in tye left cabinet.  Matching magnets and a repaired chip on the enameled pull out extension work top.Quite the variety of dishes with only a few VERY expensive complete sets.Double handled cups with matching saucersMcCall patterns for 60’svand 70’s fashionCALICO PAINTED ELECTRIC WWIRED HURRICANE LAMPBlack and gold hallway mirror“PHEONIX” (I think this term refers to the way the glass is made and NOT in reference to the design). glass Martell Candlesticks .
