Antique Mall Vendor LiquidationImportant Auction Information:Closing Date: Thursday, October 16th, at 5:00 PM CST.
Pick-Up Dates: Saturday, October 18th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Shipping only available on small easy pack items. If you need to guarantee shipping please contact us before bidding. Look for the shipping icon on the lot.Pick-Up Location: Arlington, TX, 76010 (exact address provided to winning bidders).NOTE: we can SOMETIMES make special arrangements for pick up outside of these times for a minimum fee of $15.
Shipping Information:

$9.00 Flat Rate for items under 16oz that fit in a padded envelope or small box and require no special packing or insurance (Must Qualify for First Class Mail).

For larger items, handling fees range from $5 to $25, based on the quantity and weight of items.

Shipping fees are determined after packaging.
-
Shipping may take up to 10 business days.
-
After shipping is determined, you will receive an invoice. If the invoice is not paid within 7 days, items are considered abandoned.

For large or non-shippable items, we recommend contacting Cliff at All In One Moving and Logistics (972-822-4464).
Pick-Up Requirements:

Winning bidders must bring their own manpower, tools, and packing supplies to remove items.
-
For larger items, please ensure adequate help is arranged, as items must be removed without property dumping.
-
Any property damage caused during pick-up is the buyer's responsibility.
-
The estate company and property owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries during pick-up.
-
Staff may be available to assist with lifting or loading items, but tips for their assistance are required.
Items are considered abandoned when not picked up during the posted pick-up window or after 7 days of non-payment after shipping payment is requested. Shipping must be requested before the posted pick-up time. We can SOMETIMES make special accommodations for pick up but a MINIMUM fee of $15 will apply.

Cards on file with HiBid will be charged immediately after the auction closes. For invoices over $300 your card will be charged but we require cash at pick up at which point your card will be refunded.

Abandonment Policy: Unclaimed items will incur a $25 abandonment fee per lot.
