For larger items, please ensure adequate help is arranged, as items must be removed without property dumping. Any property damage caused during pick-up is the buyer's responsibility. The estate company and property owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries during pick-up. Staff may be available to assist with lifting or loading items, but tips for their assistance are required. Items are considered abandoned when not picked up during the posted pick-up window or after 7 days of non-payment after shipping payment is requested.
