Cash, approved check, or major credit cards on purchases of $20 or more are accepted.
Sales tax will be added to the final sales price.
Resellers, please bring us your Pre-filled out Tax Exemption form.
All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is" and where is.
No pre-sales, refunds or exchanges. If you tag it or pull a price tag or place it on the holding table, you bought it. No exceptions.
Please bring help to carry out large and heavy items. You are responsible for loading furniture into your vehicle.
We try to enough provide bags or boxes but we recommend you bring a box just in case.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury while you are visiting this sale.
