Offered on dates listed in the auction. NO previews for this sale.
No previews on weekends.
No children or animals allowed at previews.
You break it, you buy it.
Box Lots
Items in box lots may be damaged, incomplete, or of lesser quality.
Bid accordingly.
Payment Policy
Credit card on file must be current and valid. If you change your card after I have approved your bid it wont be updated you have to update your card before you request to bid. Please contact HIBID to update your card after you have been approved to bid.
Contact the Hibid if your card changes.
A $25 fee applies for declined cards.
Unpaid invoices may be charged to cards from past auctions.
Partial payments may be accepted at the auctioneer’s discretion.
Backup bidders may be charged if the original bidder fails to pay.
Cash is not normally accepted, but may be required based on bidder history.
Shipping
I ship in small USPS priority boxes. I will charge your card once the package is ready to be shipped if you have any questions about shipping please ask before the auction since I will be preoccupied once the auction starts. A $5.00 handling fee will be charged for each box. This pays for packing materials to keep your items safe.

Once shipped, Texoma auctions and estate sales is not liable for damage — claims go through the shipping company.

Standard local delivery minimum $50. First 15 miles 2 dollars per mile there after. Will deliver within a 15 mile radius of the auction pick up location.

Pickup Details
Auctions may occur at residences or alternate locations, not always ship only. Check the auction title.
Pickup is usually one day. Don't bid if you can't pick up.
Pickup Day Requirements
Bring your own muscle, tools, packing materials.
Stairs or ladders may be required.
Missed pickups = no refund + items become property of Texoma Estate sales
All items in a lot must be removed.
$70 to $300 disposal fee for left items.
Damage to property during pickup may be charged to your card.
No-shows risk being banned from future auctions.
