All items are sold "as is" and all sales FINAL.
Patrons must park outside the gate and walk the short distance to the town home. There will be a staff member at the gate to greet you.
Do not block any driveways or mailboxes. Again, NO ESTATE SALE PARKING WITHIN THE GATES. You will be allowed to return with your vehicle to load large purchases. Please follow the directions of our security person. WE ASK and thank you FOR YOUR FORBEARANCE AND PATIENCE .
No numbers given or sign-up sheets.
No pets, food or drink please.
Shopping baskets provided (No personal shopping bags unless transparent).
Payments accepted cash, credit and debit cards 8.25% local sales tax on purchases. Re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us. PLEASE do not pull or remove tags from items. There is secure "hold area" at check out. Boxes and paper while it lasts. Dealer’s SOLD stickers must have a full business name on them. Buyers responsible for carrying out and loading their own purchases. We have a shoulder and piano dolly you may borrow. All items must be removed by Sunday after the sale unless other arrangements are made with Joe or Cathie.

AES is proud to present you with this little treasure bundle of a sale. It takes place in a gated 1960's vintage Tarrytown town home and we think you will love what you will find throughout the residence and the garage. The home is smoke and pet free and seems frozen in time and estate contents are, for the most part, pristine. (The cleaning lady has been given notice.)

Guests are asked to park outside the gate and walk the short distance to the town home.  Our fab greeter, Patti, will meet you at the door. The sale is limited entry and you may have to wait in line to enter (as space allows..) Again, you will need to park on the surrounding streets ( parking is plentiful on Hillview ) and you may return with your vehicle to load large purchases. Please mind Charlie at the gate. He will direct you so all this can be accomplished safely and efficiently and without engendering the ire of the neighbors...
