You’ll find us off Enfield just east of Mopac. Follow the black-and-white roadside signs marked “Garage Sale.”

There is plenty of street parking available. Please be considerate when parking and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or walkways.

No personal shopping bag will be permitted unless clear. Leave large bags and purses in car. We provide shopping baskets and will have a secure and staffed hold room while you shop. Limited amount of boxes and paper , please bring your own and leave on porch. Bring muscle to move and load heavy items. We can recommend reliable local movers who work at a reasonable cost.
We are a service business and collect 8.25% local sales tax on purchases. Re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us to be eligible for tax exemption. Austin Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents. Please watch your step!
