Terms & Conditions

* Cash is king. Then Venmo. Cards will be processed if necessary. Bring payment methods that don’t involve IOUs or interpretive dance.

* Pack your own treasures. Please bring materials and muscle for large items. If your purchase requires two people and a small miracle to move, congratulations—you’re in charge of both.

* Parking: let’s be neighborly. Do not park in the driveway. Street parking is free—use it.
Don’t block driveways or mailboxes, and please smile and wave to the neighbors.

* We do not stair-step the prices with a percentage each day. We price to sellout on day one. Check other sales and you'll see our prices are better.

* We reserve the right to pre-sell items. Sometimes things find homes early. We support their journey.

* All sales are final. Once it’s yours, it’s yours. No take-backs, trade-ins, or “my spouse said no” plot twists.

* Be polite. Seriously. We know you want that vintage lamp. So does everyone else. Channel your inner diplomat, not your inner gladiator.

* Watch your step (and your elbows). This is a house, not a contact sports arena.
Be mindful of fragile items and fellow shoppers. Attend at your own risk—we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to you or your belongings.

* Drive like you enjoy having a driver’s license. There are well-heeled women with their dogs at every turn.

* Kids are welcome—tiny tornadoes are not. If they can’t resist touching everything, leave them in the car with the window cracked. We won’t call CPS. If they break it, you buy it.

* Deep breath. There is no gold. There is no sterling silver. None. Do NOT call about this.

* Have fun! Dig, discover, and enjoy the thrill of finding something you didn’t know you needed five minutes ago.
