Cash preferred. Venmo and Zelle accepted for larger purchases at seller’s discretion. Digital payments must be received and confirmed before items are released.

All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. All items are sold as-is, where-is; please inspect items before purchasing. Buyer is responsible for packing, disassembly, loading, and transport. Please bring help to load large items, along with any boxes, bags, blankets, tools, or packing materials needed.

No holds without full payment. Large items must be removed by close of sale on Saturday unless otherwise arranged. Some shelving, tables, or display pieces may be available for purchase but may need to remain in place until later in the sale. Paid display items will be marked sold and pickup timing will be coordinated with the seller.

We may limit entry during busy periods. Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or traffic. No public restroom available. Children must be supervised at all times. Not responsible for accidents.

This is a large whole-home estate-style moving sale with furniture, decor, kitchenware, tools, lawn equipment, patio items, office pieces, artwork, lamps, rugs, household goods, and more. Most areas of the home are being cleared out, with only limited exclusions.

Highlights include living room furniture, bedroom furniture, dining pieces, a china hutch/display cabinet, occasional tables, office furniture, patio/garden seating, framed art, lamps, rugs, home decor, and a large selection of kitchen items.

The kitchen selection includes cookware, serving pieces, small kitchen goods, and many items still new in packaging, including Pampered Chef items. Outdoor and garage items include battery-powered Kobalt lawn equipment — mower, weed eater/string trimmer, blower, chainsaw, and shrub trimmer — plus lawn tools and power tools, including a circular saw and more.
