TERMS IN A NUTSHELL...

Cash is always king!

1. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE! AND TOOLS, MOVING BLANKETS AND PROFESSIONALS IF NEEDED. THE CLIENT'S HOME, FLOORS, WALLS AND DOORS ARE TO BE PROTECTED IN FULL.
2. Per client's wishes, we don’t offer public restrooms.
3. There will be a sign up sheet or numbers at the door one hour before we open. Get your name on it or grab the next number!
4. We WILL allow early sales on SELECT items!! Those items will be featured in the BUY IT NOW section, with captions. If you are interested in the item/s available for early sales, call or text us for details! It could be yours before the sale even begins!
5. Please understand there are not enough hours in the day to answer questions about prices, condition, size...of every item, so we are not going to try!! We will only answer questions regarding select pre sale items.
6. Please understand that on sale days, we are HAMMERED with happy customers on site! We have a hard time answering incoming calls or texts.
7. Other than that, COME TO THE SALE! Come see it, measure it, test it, fall in love and take it home!
