Heritage Oaks Dealer/Collector Sale will be September 11, 12, & 13, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. each day. This is a fabulous family estate with full pricing on Thursday and Friday. Half-price 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday with 75% off 2 p.m. -5 p.m. for the final three hours. There will not be sign-up sheets, but there is plenty of parking. **We will not be able to furnish our employees to carry heavy objects, there are many heavy pieces of furniture that will require help moving. Pick up days for any furniture purchased will be Monday & Tuesday, September 15 &16. 12 -5 p.m. Bids will be taken Friday and will be reviewed Friday night, all bids must be 65% of retails price marked.

The location address will be available on Wednesday, September 10 at 9 a.m., but please note that it is approximately about 4 miles east of Dripping Springs.
