This home belonged to an artist who built and created all sorts of things from old hardware, metal and wood. His workspace is full of hardware & tools galore. *** DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF SMALL, METAL , SHARP TOOLS - THIS IS NOT A SALE FOR CHILDREN! *** it is not a safe environment for children .

He also had a professional house painting company so there is a garage full of paint, and tools related to that, including a Choremaster pressure washer! We will be adding more photos as we sort thru that workspace and storage.

Other tools include: Husky wet/dry vac, DRILLS, Central Machinery 12 speed bench drill press, , Sanders, sanders, sanders, nuts, bolts, electrical parts, light fixtures, tool boxes, primitive and vintage tools and hardware , work benches, dewalt sawhorse legs … and much more! The amount of hardware at this sale is bananas! There are bins and bins and bins of cooper , steel, aluminum , metal nuts, bolts, screws, washers, drill bits and hardware parts that we are selling in bulk!

I can not Emphasize enough that this sale has bins of metal pieces that are heavy & sharp, so please do not bring children. Adults: please be careful when looking thru the bins. You do so at your own risk as we are not liable for any injury to your person or property while you attend the sale. The home owners , property owners and sale staff are not liable. Just be careful and watch what you are doing and we will all have fun!
