This is a true digger’s sale; dusty, weird, wonderful…and potentially full of rusty objects. (Hence the Terms and Conditions. Seriously – read them.) If you love the thrill of the hunt, this is for you.

1. $10 per grocery bag, unless an item is individually priced. (Individual items will still be priced to move, promise.)
2. Bring your own bags.
3. Furniture shown in photos is subject to availability, though most will be for sale.
4. Everything is sold as-is.

Terms and Conditions:

– NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES.

– NO CHILDREN PERMITTED.

– No early birds.

– Venmo preferred; cash accepted (exact change appreciated).

– No holds – first come, first served.

– All sales final.

– You buy it, you carry it – bring help to load large items.

– You'll need to coordinate with the owner to pick up furniture (if you can't take it same day)

– Please park respectfully and be mindful of neighbors.

– No public restroom available.

– We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside at one time.
