There may be some items that cannot be removed from public access but are not for sale. Any such item will be labelled "NFS"
You are required to remove items from the property once they are paid for, we will not provide a refund in the event you fail to remove your purchase from the property
You are responsible for and being prepared to load large items
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on the property for any reason
All items are being sold "AS-IS"
We will not hold items
It is the buyers responsibility to fully inspect an item prior to purchase
Parking will be on the street, please be respectful of other residents property and access to the property, do not block driveways or park on sidewalks
We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the house at a given time for safety and security
Shoppers must be respectful while on the property, you are a guest here. We will have a zero-tolerance policy. If you are asked to leave the property and fail to do so, local law enforcement will be contacted
Shoppers are limited to the interior of the home, garage and the patio directly behind the house
Access to and exit from the sale is through the home's front door only
We will not grant early access to the sale
Some areas of the home will be marked as off limits to sale participants
