-NO loading/moving help, if you intend on purchasing a heavy piece, you have 48 hours to pickup (sale variable)
-We must collect sales tax (write your congressmen!)
-Cash is accepted; $20 Card minimum with 3% processing fee for Credit Cards
-Please be courteous of neighbors when parking, (do not block mailboxes or driveways) & be sure you are parked on the correct side of the street!
-We are hard at work, and are unable to answer any pricing questions prior to the sale.
-Do NOT shop from the hold tables!
-There will be a Police officer on site.
-All claims of non-functional electronic items must be made within 48 hours of purchase, unless otherwise stated “as is”
-Children always welcome!
