We are now implementing an across the board, 2% convenience fee to use your credit card, debit card or Apple Pay. Also if your purchase is over $100 please be prepared to show your ID if paying with card.

Texting is the best form of communication. Calling in the week prior and during the sale when we are too busy to answer means questions unanswered. Much easier for us to reply to text than answer the phone.

A physical sign up sheet will be out at the address with our door person at 8am to determine order of entry. We will let in 35 people to start at 9am, then one out and one in as we see how the crowd holds up inside. If a a large line has formed before 8 am we will start the sign up early to allow for a longer break. Physical presence in line is required, we do not recognize place-holders overnight.

This is a 3 day sale! The 1st day is full price, 2nd day is 25% off, the last day is 50% off.
This house has a 2nd story so if you have trouble with stairs this is probably not a sale you’ll want to attempt.

*Items are priced As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty implied.
*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased by 4pm on Sunday 6/28th.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture and appliances. We have a mover at the ready who offers his services by the job and his rates are very reasonable.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale.
*Please no pets at this sale unless they are service animals.
*Small children are fine but they are counted as one person on the sign up sheet and should look with their eyes and not with their hands.
*Absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask.
*The family reserves the right to set reserve pricing on certain items. We will make note in those photos.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.
