Bring help to load large items as we do not load items for you.
All Sales are Final. Items will be sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantees implied. No refunds or exchanges.
No large purses or bags.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, credit & debit with matching valid I.D. Credit and Debit purchases will be subjected to a convenience charge.
Buyer must bring help to load large items. All items must be picked up before closing on the last day of the sale.
Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales and all employees / volunteers are not responsible for accidents.
Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. No unattended children as there are a LOT of items in this sale, less space for children to move around.
You break it, you buy it.
Please enjoy your shopping experience and help make it more enjoyable by being respectful and kind to each other. Disruptive buyers may be asked to leave if need be.
Please do not block driveways or mailboxes, or park in the Estate Driveway. The driveway is designated for large item pick ups only, after purchase is final.
Please no food or drinks in the estate.
