Gate code for entry will be #0316. Text if you have any problems getting in to 210-325-4271. The code is only good on Saturday and Sunday, 9 am - 4 pm.

All of our prices are cash prices. There will be a 3% Non-Cash adjustment fee added to your total purchase for credit/debit card use.

Parking is somewhat limited in this neighborhood. Do NOT block driveways or mailboxes at any time to prevent being towed.

First come; first served. We do not use sign-up sheets. Only a limited number of shoppers are allowed in at any one time for safety and security reasons.
Limiting shoppers to a safe number within the residence is our policy and will be strictly enforced. Please come prepared to endure whatever the weather may be, in case you are required to wait outside.

Absolutely no pets, large bags or baby strollers. No Exceptions!!

Please check your purchases carefully. All sales are final with no returns, refunds or exchanges. Refunds will not be given for items left behind.

All purchases must be removed from the property by the last day at the end of the sale. We will not be responsible for any items not removed at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for carrying out and loading their purchases, so please plan accordingly. Our staff cannot help with packing or loading, so please don't ask.

You break, you buy. There are many fragile items, so please ask one of our associates for assistance.

We reserve the right to sell any large ticket items prior to the opening of the public sale. Should you be coming for a specific item, be sure to check the listing prior to coming to ensure it has not been sold.

No public bathrooms.

We are Not Responsible for accidents.
