Restrooms always available at our sales.
Shopping bags are permitted at our sales.
We do accept debit/credit cards and checks.
We do collect taxes for the state, county, and city.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and friends while shopping.
Buyers are responsible for disassembling, packing, and moving all of their purchases.
You will have until the end of the sale to remove all large purchases.
Neither we, nor the homeowner, are responsible for accidents.
It is always a good idea to return to the sale on the last day!
