All items are marked ready to sell. Shoppers will pay full price on Thursday July 17th and Friday July 18th; half-price (50%) on Saturday, July 19th.
Payment accepted: CASH, VENMO or ZELLE. NO CHECKS. NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
Items must be taken day of purchase. We will not hold your items for pickup. Please bring your own loading personnel, equipment and vehicle for large items. We encourage everyone to bring their own carrying bags, but large purses and tote bags will be held at the checkin/checkout table while you shop.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No refreshments or public restrooms are available. We are not responsible for accidents while visiting the property or the sale.
