The house is at the back of a neighborhood off of Hwy 6. There is plenty of parking but please stay on paved areas and do not block others in the driveway.

NO EARLY SALES : There will be no early shopping or presales. We will not provide prices or information on items shown in sale pictures prior to the start sale. All sales are first come first served. Items will not be held and payment over the phone will not be accepted.
PAYMENTS : Cash is always preferred; however, we also accept Credit Cards and Apple Pay. A small fee will be charged on card and Apple Pay purchases.
PURCHASING AND PICKUP : Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting purchases. Please bring help to load large items - All items MUST be picked up during sale hours
ALL SALES ARE FINAL : Items are sold as is with no refunds or exchanges.
