No large purses, For liability reasons, we do not move heavy items. You are responsible for moving large items. So please bring help to move larger purchases. We will pre sell larger items such as furniture to give enough time to arrange picking them up. Autos are not subject to discounts. Best offers considered. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. All items sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. All purchases must be picked up before the end of sale at 2 PM on the last day of the sale. We will be taking offers/bids on items over $100. Full price on the first day, 2nd & 3rd day discounts at our discretion. Children are allowed, but must stay close to adults. You break it, you buy it. Please be respectful of each other.

We have a lovely home in Colleyville! An absolutely gorgeous, genuine, alpaca fur trimmed coat, mink coat and very nice women's & men's clothing. Iphones, apple products, Coach, Furniture, books, packed garage filled with holiday, tools and lawn equipment. Vintage Crocks. The outdoor patio is filled with pots, lounge chairs, a Chiminea and yard art. Adorable concrete yard statues, a BBQ grill, wrought iron patio chairs. Beautiful art, vintage cameras and kitchen filled with items. We need to clear the house in two days come help us.
