Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $15 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $20), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, PLEASE SHOW UP WITH THE PROPER HELP, WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU IN MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE, NO EXCEPTIONS!. However I am happy to provide movers phone numbers for you.
Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to unruly customers. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale.

We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside on this property.
ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.

WE ARE half off on Most items Saturday, this does not include fine jewelry.
we try to put sold on items that have been purchased however it’s impossible to keep up with everything as I’m sure you understand.
This is the estate of a long time model train collector. We will have vintage model trains and a nice selection of both newer and vintage tools in the garage. There will be jewelry and coins plus collectibles and all the normal estate sale items. Pictures wil be posted as soon as we begin our set up.
