Ah retirement! A hometown doctor beloved by everybody has retired and is downsizing and moving out of town. He and his lovely wife are leaving their large spacious home of over 30 years and moving to another city.

The huge house and garage has living room, dining room and bedroom furniture, holiday decorations, books, a large screen television, kitchenware, art, antiques, collectibles and bedding.  There’s also a lot of children’s toys and books.
