At the event, you can rely on our large team for assistance, two separate holding areas for your purchased items, and top-notch security throughout. As a licensed auction company, we are also able to assist estates in exclusive homes and subdivisions, where in-person sales are not permitted.

All sterling, gold, coins, and other valuables are removed from premise each evening and NOT on-site. This sale will have multiple security personnel, audio and video surveillance as well as security 24 hours a day until the sale has ended.

Cash or bank to bank wire transfer required on finer items such as: Gold, Sterling, Diamonds, Coins, Designer Accessories, etc.

We do not discount the first day. All items must be removed by 4pm, Saturday, March 29th. Special arrangements for later pickup as well as professional movers can possibly be arranged.

We will have a sign-up table set on Friday morning, at 7:00am. Please sign in on the list in order to save your place in line. Be back by in line by 8:45 am, please. Please note we are not able to have children under 12 inside this event. Thank you as always for understanding. Please write in the names of all parties in your group on a separate line. Take a photo of the list after you have signed in, just in case some naughty human runs off with it.

Guidelines For Our Sale:

SECURITY:

We have Security Officers as well as private security on site (24 hours). Video and audio surveillance is also on premise.

Availability of Items:
Unless an item is listed as “pre-sell”, we do not give pricing or availability of items over the phone or email.

Limit of Persons:
We do limit the number of people into our events based on the size of the location and items inside. Limit 50 persons inside at any time. Some rooms and areas will have additional limitations as well. Please read our signs to keep the flow of the sale moving smoothly.

No Children Inside Event:
Sorry, no children under the age of 12 allowed inside. This includes infants in your arms. Each sale poses challenges such as, chemicals, knifes, glassware, collectibles, metal, swimming pools and hurried adults.

Tax Exempt:
Are you sales tax exempt? You must provide us with the proper pre-printed forms with all your information. We Do Not provide these forms nor do we keep them on site. If you do not bring them, we will assess the current sales tax to your purchase. Thank you for helping us in keeping the cashier line moving quickly.

Payment Options:
Designer Handbags/Accessories/Clothing/Sterling, Art Work and other higher value items require a U.S. Currency Cash payment or wire transfer only. We accept cash and credit/debit over $50. If under $50, we assess a 10% surcharge on credit card transactions. No Checks accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any cash/credit or debit cards without proper photo ID. Some purchases may require a time delay if a credit card is used, before we hand the item(s) over to you. Gold/Diamond/Sterling items are cash only. Vehicles are cash or bank to bank wire transfer only.

No Warranties:
All items are to be considered used. No refunds or exchanges of any kind. All items AS IS, WHERE IS. No items have been authenticated and no guarantees are spoken, written or implied. Please know before you buy.

Moving/Packing Items: We will have movers onsite to assist moving and loading smaller furniture or boxed items. They are here to take items out to your vehicle. You will be responsible for tying and securing all items. They do not provide any materials. IF YOU DO ASK FOR HELP LOADING YOUR ITEMS FROM ONE OF THE WPF STAFF MEMBERS, PLEASE TIP ACCORDINGLY! Larger items will require you to arrange for specialized movers. We recommend Steinsholts Movers at    346-402-6427.

The last day of the sale is the last day for any pickups, unless you have made arrangements with Steinsholts Movers for a different day.

As with packing, we like our customers to pack their own items to ensure they are pleased with the packing. We provide packing materials and bags until they run out. It is always a good idea to carry some in your vehicle to the sale as we can run out quickly.

Purses/Handbags/Bags:
No purses, handbags, briefcases, backpacks or such are allowed inside our sales. Please, DO NOT BRING THEM TO THE ENTRANCE. Security will kindly turn you away from the door. Small cross body or waist/ pouch holders are allowed to carry your wallets and such. Large bags can knock items over and break them, also…Yes, people steal. We don’t think you do, but others not as kind do and we must set this rule into place.

Restrooms available.  

Safety:

Please be aware of your surroundings and physical limitations. This location does have a ramp for wheelchair access. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Please be mindful of your environment at all times.

Parking:
Please do not block driveways and mailboxes and be mindful of the parking ordinances.  

Holds:
Any items you ask us to hold must be purchased by you. We do not allow you to hold items as you shop, only to come back and sort and decide. IF you hold an item in your arms or our holding areas, you have agreed to purchase. We reserve the right to ask for immediate purchase of any items held.
