Please bring your own help to load furniture and heavy items - We /may/ have staff to help, but it must be scheduled when applicable. Some larger pieces will require pickup at a later date (Sunday, March 23.) All persons attending sales or removing furniture assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify us from any liability.
It is the buyer's responsibility to determine the condition, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor regarding specific item(s). We attempt to be as accurate as possible when marketing & advertising items, but we make no representations of authenticity. We will not be held responsible for having made or implied any guarantees or warranties.
Please arrange any pick-ups of any furniture or large items prior to leaving the sale (You must speak to a Sales Manager during checkout.) If pick-up is not made by the agreed date, buyer forfeits all property / merchandise and said property/merchandise will be disposed of.

We LOVE children but owner has requested NO CHILDREN at the sale due to all the breakables in the home (safety first!)
