• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Please inspect and test all electronics/appliances before purchasing.

3. REMOVAL OF ITEMS
• All items must be removed by the end of the sale on Sunday March 8th at 2pm.
• You are responsible for the labor and tools required to move large furniture. Our staff is not authorized to assist with heavy lifting.

• Enter at your own risk. The homeowners and estate sale organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items while on the premises.
