This sale is unique. There are some household items including under counter refrigerators, a few tools, a great washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, bikes, stroller, weedeater, sliding mitre saw, women's clothing and men's clothing, two beds, some kitchen items, some linens, and much more
However for a builder this is a perfect estate sale. The house is being demolished and it is absolutely stunning as is. All items inside including windows, doors, lighting fixtures, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, a pergola, iron fencing, too huge air conditioning units that work great, a tankless water heater, a water heater non tankless, pavers, wood flooring, a built-in refrigerator and a built-in freezer, mantles, a beautiful front door, many sets a double French door, hardware, a beautiful tub, wood trim, promoting, and much much more. Please note that in order to take any plumbing or electrical items or instructions or construction items, you must have a qualified person there to perform the task. Items can be purchased in advance of the cell but cannot be removed until the Monday after the sale. All items must be removed by Monday afternoon at 5:00 p.m.
Again this house has beautiful finishes and is a real find for any home builder or someone adding on to their house or remodeling.
Please be aware that we will not sell to you if you do not have a qualified person to remove items. The air conditioning unit will need an HVAC guy to properly remove it.
