• This home is monitored with cameras inside and out and has a sophisticated alarm system.

•  It’s a very small neighborhood and there is a uniformed Dallas County Policeman on this street at all times in an unmarked car.

• All the gold, silver and jewelry has been removed from the house until the day of the sale.

• There will be (4) uniformed Dallas County Sheriffs on duty at the sale for your protection.

• When we announce the location of the sale on Friday, April 11th at 6:00 a.m., we will tell you where to park.  The parking will be easy and plentiful.
