We do our best to show photos of chipped, scratched, damaged or torn items. The highest bidder agress to pay the full amount for the purchased item as-is. Minor scratches, chips or damages may not always be photographed.

All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder. All sales are final and no refunds are to be made.
The Auctioneer or Auction House assumes no responsibility for errors in the catalog or on part by the bidder.
Texas Sales Tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax.

Buyer is responsible for pickup.
All items must be picked up during the listed date and times. Failure to pickup items during pickup times will result in forfeiture of items, the highest bidder will be charged the full amount.
We will not have boxes or personnel to help with loading or packing.

SHIPPING NOTICE
After the auction ends, you will receive an invoice for your won items. This invoice does not include shipping costs. Please inform us that you would like your items shipped and we will provide you with a quote.

Buyer shall indemnify East Estate Sales against any damages, claims, liability as a result of any harm or injury suffered by any person during the sale or pickup of items.

This auction may include items with unlisted reserves.

East Estate Sales, its owners, employees or agents reserve the right to bid on any auction.
