This has so many beautiful items in this house. My home owner had great taste. She collected three authentic Salvador DALI‘ S and two Erte’s. All of these come with a certificate of authenticity.
She has a wonderful selection of clothes from makers like Chico’s, soft surroundings, Cabi, Coldwater Creek, J. Jill, Jones, New York, Ralph, Lauren, Liz Claiborne, Gap, and Soma just to name a few!
A beautiful selection of beaded evening bags that complement her nice collection of evening bags& dresses and sparkly tops and formal wear including vintage clothing in this category as well. This homeowner was a former fashion model in New York. There is a nice selection of shoes, belts and accessories!
There are both modern and vintage,/antique furniture pieces and lamps available. Some furniture was custom-made and newly recovered. She has a beautiful collection of crystal, picture frames & pretty home decor.
There are two rugs & furniture directly from China as she was an avid traveler. She also has mementos and souvenirs from Africa and Russia as well.!!
In the garage, you will find even more furniture, a nice selection of electronics, every day items such as weed killer, detergent, Glad baggies, tools, medical equipment, paint supplies, LARGE SHELVING, some linens, and more…….
Outside in the back are a large collection of flower pots, a nice outdoor pool, bar and chairs, at least four pool patio umbrellas, a patio table, along with chairs, lots of containers, such as shoeboxes and large 66 quart bins for storing purposes and some other outside signs. Be sure not to miss this space.
There is a very clean, beautiful Frigidaire refrigerator, also a almost new washer and dryer for sale.
Upstairs, you will also find a large selection of jewelry both costume and Sterling, watches and knives. Also a large selection of office products And games. More pretty furniture and a big group of candles. Linens for your bedroom our upstairs and downstairs as well.
The kitchen also has a nice collection of every day, dishes, glassware, a beautiful set of silverware, paper, plates, pots, and pans, Pyrex dishes, casserole, dishes, paper goods, utensils, coordinating linens, such as table cloths, and napkins. There are also paper plates and plasticware for the pool outside. Be prepared to take your time because there are a lot of very nice things to see.!!
We do have a hold shelf to put items on while you continue shopping. We are strict about having only small handbags or tote bags with you.
We would prefer that children not attend the sale if possible because the house is small and it’s packed with a lot of items.
