We are thrilled to announce that Kitty Wade Estate Sales will soon present the living estate of an extraordinary individual: an F-4 Phantom Fighter Pilot and a true American hero. His remarkable story was even featured in the History Channel documentary “Dogfights gun kills of Vietnam,” showcasing him as a real-life "top gun."

This upcoming sale offers a unique opportunity to acquire incredibly rare military memorabilia and photographs from his distinguished career. Additionally, the estate boasts a wonderfully stocked kitchen with high-end items such as copper cookware, the latest Cuisinart appliances, numerous kitchen gadgets, Ninja cooking systems, and vintage barware.

The Lieutenant Colonel is also offering his extensive collection of electronics, spanning both vintage and newer models. Highlights include incredible cameras and lenses, virtual reality games, speakers, sound systems, printers, and monitors, as well as an Apple computer.

Furthermore, you'll find a Casita furnished with a Murphy bed and drawers, a sofa, shelving units, and a garage filled with lawn equipment and tools, including Craftsman vintage tools, Ryobi, and Husky items, along with a generator, air compressor, and saws. We also have DVDs and VHS tapes, storage cabinets, two Segways, a mountain bike with riding helmets (some still in the box), and a brand-new drone in its original packaging.
