For the first time ever, we are opening by appointment only!! We will be taking appointments every half hour at the times listed above.

Starting at 6pm MST Thursday Apr 16th you can text (915) 999-5832 with your desired time slot. Any text sent before that time will not get you a time slot.

Please send:

1) At least 1 desired time slot and the day you wish to attend

2) Your first name and last initial.

(For example: Freida H., Saturday 9am, 10:30am, and Sunday 1pm)

We will be accepting appointments on a first come first serve basis. You will be able to bring 2 adults with you. Children do not count towards your person count. You do not need to include the names of the people entering with you.

🚗 You are highly encouraged to carpool with your party as there is very limited parking. If there are too many cars in the HOA, you may be asked to leave your car outside the community and walk in.

Once you text asking for an appointment, we'll respond back with our availability and confirm your appointment. Please make sure you receive a confirmation text.

‼️We will be taking walk up appointments based on our availability the day of. To enter without an appointment please arrive before the half hour and wait outside the gate to be let in. We will not be taking walk up appointments the first hour each day (so no walk up appointments until 10:30am Saturday, and 11:30am Sunday) ‼️

We're back at this beautiful westside estate for our second sale of the artist studio, garage, shed, yard, frame room, and multitudes of original artwork by Corinne Abeyta-Spinnler.

Artist Studio: an artists dream! Paintbrushes, easels, paints, brand new canvases, and more! Watercolor and pastel paper between 100lbs - 300lbs. Dozens of brand new canvas boards, chipboards, canvas', hardboards, from brands such as Fredrix, Lyons, Pintura, Art Loft, and more from mini sizes to extra large. Sketch pad boards, various brand new sketchbooks. Tubes and bottles of various brands of acrylic paints, boxes of pastels from brands like Rembrandt, Winsor & Newton, Alpha color, Unison Colour, and more. Bins full of various brands and styles of paintbrushes. Color pencils from Prismacolor, Colorama, and more. Tape, sharpies, markers, pens, artist tables, books about art and various drawing mediums and styles.

Artwork: Various finished and unfinished original artwork and matted prints by Corinne Abeyta-Spinnler featuring themes of florals in vases, wildflowers, southwest architecture, El Paso buildings, los lagartos, mountains, working field women, Native American's, naked women, and more. Also some artwork from various artist like Melinda Hetzel, Candy Mayer, black and white art prints of El Paso historic architecture from 30-60 years ago from various artists, and more!

Bedroom: Frames, frames, frames! Large golden plein air frames (24x34, 24x20, 16x20, 11x14 and more sizes), boxes of brand new small frames (some for framing art, some for framing pictures). Various sizes and styles of art easels, multiple wooden and metal table frames, Saint Remy H frame, outdoor plein air pochade tripod, regular tripods, and more.

Garage: Shelves filled with various medium to large baskets. Frame stands, boxes of brand new large canvases. Giant tiffany style glass pendant light, nuts and screws, Ryobi lawnmower and weed eater. Leaf blower, yard tools, paints, stains, and more. Metal filing cabinets, tables of various large to mini precious rocks (rough and polished). Dog toys, computer monitors, cleaning supplies, stereo radio, microwaves, mini fridge, metal lockboxes, mini safe, floor fans and heaters.
