All merchandise is sold "AS IS." Therefore, there shall be no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please, no large bags or purses. If you need assistance, please ask because "IF YOU BREAK IT, YOU BUY IT," No Exceptions! Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials and wrapping, dissembling, and loading their treasures. All children must be closely supervised by an adult; however, it's not a good idea to bring children. We are not responsible for accidents. There are no public restrooms. We love cash but we'll honor credit cards and Zelle. There is a $3 convenience fee for using your credit card. Any thefts shall be fully prosecuted by law and cameras will be watching.
Each day at 2:00 p.m. until the last guest is served, we're going to have a timed fill a box for a fee.
Bring your own box or storage tub or have one of ours. Fees are assessed by t
he size of your container.

The sale will involve the garage, backyard, inside the house & 2 sheds. You will not want to miss this one as it promises to be a goldmine & treasure hunt for all at substantially low prices to move everything. We accept Zell, credit cards, & cash. The sale begins at 10216 Stoney Bridg Rd 76108 March 20th through March 22nd at 8 a.m.to 4 p.m. (Thursday, Friday, & Saturday). We have free gift bags for the first 29 purchasing guest.
