Furniture and or large items may be bought throughout the sale, but will need to be picked up on Sunday 3/23 after 12pm. You will receive a receipt for your furniture item and we will mark the item sold with your information on it. This is due to all the breakable small things in the way of moving furniture. Will not be able to move or help move the furniture, so bring adequate help please.

Please no small children as this sale has so many breakables that are in reach of small hands.

Not reasonable for any accidents while in the home or on the property. Please be careful.
