ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Every item is sold as-is, where-is. Buyers are responsible for inspecting all items carefully before purchase.

PAYMENT. We accept cash and credit/debit cards. No checks. A valid ID may be required for credit card transactions.

PRICING & DISCOUNTS. Items are priced at full market value on day one. Discounts apply as follows: 25% off on day two; 50% off on day three (unless otherwise marked). Prices are firm until discount days begin.

NO HOLDS / NO PRE-SALES. We do not offer pre-sales, price holds, or shopping by appointment. All sales are first come, first served.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY. Buyers are responsible for transporting all purchased items. We do not provide moving, loading, or delivery services. Please bring adequate help, packing materials, and a suitable vehicle for large or heavy items. Items left beyond the posted removal deadline will be considered abandoned.

SECURITY. Large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses are not permitted inside. We provide baskets at the door. We reserve the right to inspect bags at exit.

CHILDREN. All children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. No running, climbing on furniture, or touching displayed items.

PROPERTY ACCESS. Enter at your own risk. Armstrong Estate Services and the property owner are not liable for any injury, accident, or loss occurring on the premises. By entering, you assume all risk of personal injury and property damage.

FIREARMS. All firearm sales comply with applicable Texas and federal law. Purchasers must present valid government-issued ID and pass all required background checks.

Firearms will not be released until all legal requirements are satisfied.

CONDUCT. We reserve the right to refuse service and remove any person for disorderly conduct, harassment, theft, or violation of these terms.

PHOTOGRAPHY. We may photograph or record video on premises for security and marketing purposes. Attendance constitutes consent.

PARKING. Please respect the neighborhood. Park only in designated areas and do not block driveways or mailboxes.
