- Bring assistance/Phone A Friend to move large/heavy items. We DO NOT load purchases, including washers/dryers, refrigerators, etc
- There is a wheelbarrow and dolly on site that you can utilize to load your purchase.
- Note the patio and backyard yard has multiple trip hazards, please watch your step.
- All purchased items must be picked up and loaded by Sunday, 1pm.
- If you are Tax-Exempt, you must provide a copy of your Tax Certificate at each Sale.    
- We collect Sales Tax as applicable to Texas.
- We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, DEBIT/CREDIT FOR TOTAL SALE OVER $20.
- All items are sold “AS IS”. NO REFUNDS.
- Oh, we do not load heavy purchases.
