This will be a four day sale, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All for day we will be open from 10 am until 4pm.
All items are SOLD AS IS NO WARRANTY, please inspect all items before you Purchase (No Returns). There are many Antiques we will have some packing materials available but you may want to plan for packing delicate items to get them home safely.
We will not be responsible for accidents ( Enter the property at your own risk.)
You must provide your own moving for Larger Items/Furniture, Large cabinets, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator Etc.) All purchased items need to have an arranged pick up date by the end of Final sale day.
If you choose to bring children or pets you will be responsible for any breakage.
Thursday full Price, Friday 25% off marked price, and Saturday 50 percent off and Sunday 75% off.
There will be some items that will not be discounted including any precious metals jewelry, sterling dinnerware, automobiles, and firearms will not be included in the discounts more than 25 percent off and some may not be discounted off the marked price.

Description & Details
Small home with a workshop in the back of the property where a known metal artist performed his magic creating numerous pieces.
There are a number of tools used in his metal forming, leftovers projects and materials for further projects. There are a number of potted plants, vintage furniture, Collectables and more.
