This is the first private sale this individual/company has listed.

We are hosting an Estate sale in Southgate Manor, Garland, TX. We have many household items, especially for the kitchen. There are clothing, shoes, and purses. Some purses are brand names. We also have a great selection of books and decorative items from around the world including artwork and one-of-a-kind items.

We have two large cabinets with glass doors, one drawer, and closed storage at the bottom. Each is 32 inches wide, 18 inches deep, and 76 inches tall. We also have one brown open cabinet which is 24 inches wide, 10 inches deep, and 76 inches tall.

We have two printers - one is a 3D printer and the other is a label printer.

Barbie dolls & clothes from 1963 thru 1968

Matchbooks - these go back 40 years. Most are around the Dallas area, and most of these establishments are closed now.

Antique toys - Two Russian wind-up toys, one large doll from 1950s, doll bed from the 1950s, & small rocker from the 1960s.

Medieval costume - women's size 12 to 14 but it is easily tailored to a smaller size. Includes bag purse and size 7 shoes.
