All sales a final with no refunds or returns. Please inspect your items before purchase. Not responsible for accidents on property. There are stairs or steps throughout this property. Entrance acknowledges your acceptance of any risk of injury while attending the sale.
No early entries can be allowed. If there is a line and you are first in line, text Melissa at 512/6273387 with your name and time you arrived in line. We will let folks in according to the time that is stamped on their texts. If you do not use text, call and leave Melissa a message with the time you arrived. We will limit entrants to 20 at a time, if necessary.
We accept cash, ApplePay, Venmo, credit or debit cards, All sales are final with no returns or exchanges once items leave the home.
You must arrange your own help/movers to load large items on day of purchase with appropriate moving supplies.
We have minimal packing supplies so bring your own boxes/bags. Leave them outside of the property until ready to pack up to leave.
We are not able to offer loading services due to liability issues.
Items should be removed on the day purchased.
We allow holds for 30 minutes while shopping, after 30 minutes items will be returned to the sale.
Please park with care in the neighborhood. Park only on one side of the street. Do not block driveways or mailboxes.
