Hey Charm

We have a fine estate sale coming up next week and we wanted to get everyone informed as soon as possible.  We have a condo full of fabulous finds that need rehomed and we are sure you'll want to come check it out. We realized that a condo estate sale presents several circumstances that aren't necessarily what you're used to but we are taking all of the necessary steps to make this as easy and fun of an event as always! Please read the details below and keep checking back for any updates as we get closer to the sale.  Check out all the pictures below; the details & measurements are being added asap.    

*We have arranged for a moving crew to be on call for this event to assist in loading or delivering due to the stairways present at the condo.  Fees & times can and will be negotiated with the moving crew directly.  

*Please be prepared for possible limited entry to keep everyone safe and allow for an enjoyable experience for everyone

*CALL 512-660-2269 for the address on voicemail.  *Address will be available on voicemail beginning WEDNESDAY at 10:00am

*Sometimes there is troubles with technology, we apologize for the inconvenience.  We will take credit if we can but always be prepared with cash.  Please make sure and sign up on our email list to help avoid having to call for the address on voicemail *We will not be able to answer text requests on the days of the sale*
