All sales are final and items are sold as-is, where-is. Caring Transitions accepts cash and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover only) for sales over $20, with proper ID. We do not provide movers and items must be removed by the end of the sale. We provide the use of furniture dollies and hand trucks but CANNOT load your purchases. Please bring help to load furniture or other heavy items.
Caring Transitions is not liable for breakage or loss. Neither Caring Transitions nor the Homeowner are responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises. Item will not be “held” without payments. First come, first sale. We DO NOT do pre-sales, unless otherwise indicated. Do not call about individual items before, during or after a sale. Our priority before the sale is our client, during the sales is our customers in attendance.

TWO Estate Sales in Pecan Plantation, one weekend!
This home Located on Nutcracker Drive in Pecan Plantation has all sorts of goodies for you to take a look at. This is a companion sale for our other sale is located on Westover Drive.. While this home is not as full as the other, there is plenty here to be seen. With a smaller inventory here there the unlikely chance that this sale could close a little early if it is sold out.

Include a very interesting and contemporary China cabinet, a dining table with chairs, a nice sofa, a queen, size, bed, office, furniture, and oversize chair that makes into a twin bed, a refrigerator. You will also find the washer and dryer, garage refrigerator., a gorgeous patio set, lots of Southwest artwork and pottery, Christmas, decorations, nice ladies, clothing, and much more.
