AN ENTIRELY NEW TYPE OF SALE FOR DIVIDE AND CONQUER

What do you do when a client has a 15,000 s/f warehouse to liquidate and not enough time for Divide and Conquer to do our normal set up? We do what we can and hold a Picker's Sale! How does this work you might ask... logistics are below though here is a snapshot of how these popular sales operate.

A 'Picker's Sale' sale is just that...you 'pick through' boxes to find treasures; most of the merchandise is not priced. You dig through boxes, find what you want, find a spot on the floor, put your items together and continue shopping. Once you are finished shopping, the staff will price your bundles, you pay, take your items and leave. (you can come back into the sale however once you pay, those items must be taken from the warehouse)

Plan on bringing your own bags, boxes & packing material. When you enter, you will be given tags; you write your name on the tags & as you shop, you build a pile in the warehouse of your items. (there is NO DESIGNATED holding area) Place your name tag on your pile; DO NOT pick anything from someone else's pile that has a name! HAVE A BLAST!

2. 1959 Cadillac Biarritz Convertible, only 34K miles; original paint, leather interior, diming interior lights, motorized vent windows, stored inside; new convertible top added in 1980's.

Logistics: PLEASE READ THIS PART

1. Staff will be identified by Divide and Conquer t-shirts. Those pricing will wear a bandana.
2. Each customer will be given tags for you to add your name to identify your merchandise.
3. We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers at peak times.
4. You are welcome to bring your own bags; all bags will be priced and checked prior to exiting.
5. Bring your own packing material/boxes.
6. Bring water; there is NO A/C in this warehouse.
7. Bring own help/boxes to pack and load - we do not have a hold table nor packing supplies at this sale.
8. All merchandise must leave by 5:00 p.m. Saturday
9. This sale is in an UN-AIRCONDITIONED warehouse. Please bring water, expect to wait and offer patience to us and one another. Entrance will be via the front door; exiting only via the garage doors after paying out. Parking will be in the grass lot south of the warehouse building. Please do not park on the concrete areas; that space will be reserved for loading.
