All property is sold "as is" "where is". All sales are final. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, usefulness, value, or any other determining factor. We attempt to describe the merchandise our customers are bidding on. We make these descriptions to the best of our ability and much of the time we rely on the information given by the consignor. Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house, nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having mad or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, fitness for a particular purpose, or condition.

Roundtable Injection Auctions shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. We do not fully inspect every item and advise you to do so. No allowance, refund or set-aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error, imperfection, defect or damage. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at the time of removal. No exceptions. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type whatsoever. There will be no chargebacks, stop payments or refunds.

We prefer cash but do accept most major credit cards. We do not accept checks, money orders or cashier's checks.
